During my time at BBC International LLC I was heavily involved in the design and development of Lands’ End women's DTC and Wholesale footwear line. The women's footwear line consisted of more than sixty percent of the Lands' End Footwear business. I communicated with Over seas, client and counterparts from concept to confirmation/production stage and was responsible in leading own styles, trend research, CFM, tech packs, pullover comments, and PLM entering.
Exploded view
As part of the Spring 23 season development we took the newly developed Errand Runner outsole and adapted it to have a comfort footbed that could be used for sandals. As part of the development I crated and CADed visuals to support our process and better communicate the idea.

Colorways
For the Fall 23 season, Lands' End wanted to integrate more colorways into one of their newest styles meant to reach a younger audience. The Errand Runner Slip On shoe was introduced in Fall 22 and I was tasked with the job of proposing new colors for this new style based on current trends.

TECH PACK

Meterials
For the development of the Errand Runner Lace Up, a new style to be introduced in the Fall 23 season. Material explorations were done as this is a style the brand is looking to grow on to reach a younger audience. Through trend and color research I was able to propose a new nylon suede combo which aligns with both the brand and current marked trends.

Fashion Sandal
For Spring 23 I was leading the fashion sandal program for Lands's End and was heavily involved in the development and fitting of samples. The fashion sandals are meant to be the dressy shoe of the women's line for spring. A new pattern was developed for the low wedge sandal and it will be going into production with four colorways.
